We use the latest technology in handcrafting our premium wines. The majority of our machinery is Italian, we use the finest french yeast, and our winemaker, Hector Olivares Madrid is Chilean, a graduate of the Catholic University in Santiago with a degree in Viticulture and Enology.

Mr. Jorge Durán, a graduate in agronomy from the Central University in Quito, is in charge in our viniards and wine cellar.
